After a disasterous sales experience two years ago with Hansel Santa Rosa, it was recommended to visit the Petaluma dealership for our second truck. I couldn't have been happier, and the experience was the complete opposite of Santa Rosa. Avoid Hansel Santa Rosa at all costs. ONLY go to Hansel Petaluma. They bent over backwards to work with me on the maximum monthly payment I was willing to pay, and the entire team was extremely helpful. Great dealership.

Ford Petaluma are the best experience with a dealership I've ever had. They took such good care of my sister, weeks later I came back to test drive a new Ford bronco sport. I loved it but they didn't have the color I wanted. I asked my sales person Evelio if he could find the color, with the features and trim level I wanted and he did so super quick. They gave me a tremendous deal on my trade in and walked me through all the features on purchase. They treated me with respect and kindness and excellent customer service. I 1000% recommend going to Ford Petaluma. Proud to be part of the Ford family!

UPDATE - Juan from the Service Department helped me out and got the repairs approved under the 30-day warranty. He is the greatest and is very professional. I got back my car in a timely manner, and I really appreciate that the dealership was able to honor their 30-day warranty! I would shop here again, and I highly recommend this dealerships to my family and friends. === I bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus. The sales people worked with my budget, and I made it clear that I was looking for a car that is ready to go without any maintenance required. The sales person working there told me that the vehicle that Im purchasing had a PPI done which said that everything is ready to go. I signed off and after a day, my traction control and ABS lights came on requiring service. I didnt think much of it because I had a 30-day warranty. I reached the sales people, and they said that there is a deductible of 100 dollars to get it serviced under the 30-day warranty. I turned in the vehicle, and they came back saying that it needs a wheel speed sensor, front brakes (rotors & brake pads), and a new caliper. They were only only able to give me a warranty for the caliper and not the brakes. I mentioned to Keith that the sales person who was pitching the car said that the car was ready to go and that the PPI showed that everything was "good". Unfortunately, the PPI didnt reflect that it needed brakes. They either didnt check the brakes during the PPI or knew about it then cleared the code before I checked out the vehicle. Either way, they are charging me 1,000 dollars to replace the front brakes at 250$ labor rate. I messaged Keith, and I havent heard back. I was pretty disappointed that the PPI didn't reflect the actual condition of the car. When I hear that a PPI is good, I would expect that the services were done and had adequate life on any of the consumables items. Sadly, the PPI left out the brakes need to be replaced. I am ranking at 2/5 this dealership because I felt like I was sold a vehicle that was needing service, and their PPI was not done accurately leaving me with a big fat bill to address the brakes I made my requirements for next car clear to them. They misled with their PPI. Their PPI did not state that it needed brakes. Lastly, when I tried to refuse costly service for the brakes, I was given a response saying that they won't let me take possession of the car because it would be too dangerous to drive "without brakes". When I pushed back saying if I can just tow it, he said that he would need to get it "approved". Bro, it's literally my car now. I do not need your approval for me to take possession of my car. If he meant that he needs approval to okay the warranty repair without the brake service, then sure, fine whatever. Ultimately the caliper service been approved, and I would have to tow that car back to my place. When you're buying a car from these people, make sure to bring over a mechanic or take the car to a mechanic for a PPI that isn't tied to their dealership. I was misled into believing that their PPI was accurate.

My purchase experience was excellent (except, of course, for Ford's lengthy manufacture/delivery time - in my case 8 months). I read in the Mach e Forum of buyers that had awful experiences with other dealers. Quite the contrary, Henry Curtis Ford was great. Quick to accept my order. Sold with no hassle at Ford's MSRP. I've had a couple of minor service issues which the Henry Curtis Service Department promptly and courteously handled. Unlike some other dealers, Henry Curtis appears to have firmly espoused EVs and prepared their service employees with training. Five Stars.

Rare these days to find a core group of friendly people at a dealership, that are easy to work with and talk to. Kevin, Keith and Damien at Hansel Ford are an excellent team who focus their efforts on getting you the vehicle you want at a fair price! This is the 3rd vehicle (Car/truck/Suv) that I have purchased from this Dealership in the last 20 years! I always go back because the service at Hansel Ford is excellent!

New to area and had a simple recall on 2024 Maverick and the dealer offered to come collect the vehicle and return it at our home. Above and beyond, made it so easy and collected and returned on time with good messaging ahead of time. No upsells and straight info on my questions regarding next service. Definitely bring vehicle back for first regular service Update: Had first service at 5k miles and it was effortless: they collected and returned the truck, even replaced wiper blades (I did not know my service plan had wiper blade replacement benefit and the service advisor suggested we replace them as we have had the truck 7 months and it is parked outside and winter rain just arrived) even got a next day service slot. I mention the wiper blades as it shows me they are putting customer first and not trying to make a few extra bucks. All of this and I did not order/purchase the truck at this dealership( lived in another city and no one had them. They are earning my loyalty. Update June 2025: 10k mi Proactively reached out and scheduled a mobile service for a recall and minor service(oil change). Effortless and so convenient came to job site and we did not miss a beat.

Praising the Petaluma Location I've consistently had excellent experiences at the Petaluma location, particularly regarding their customer service. From the initial interaction to the completion of service, their approach has been outstanding. Even with Phil's departure, JJ has been doing a commendable job. His clear communication truly makes me feel valued and well-cared for. Additionally, the entire staff in the service area is incredibly attentive; everyone seems ready and willing to assist, which is greatly appreciated.
